Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Patrimo (“the Service”), operated by Patrimo SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Patrimo is a real estate intelligence platform designed for Belgian property investors. The Service provides portfolio tracking, ROI calculations, rent indexation, compliance monitoring, and advisory recommendations. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis and is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts require admin approval before access is granted. We reserve the right to reject or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Subscription and Billing

Patrimo offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (property details, financial data, documents). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for email).

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) share your account credentials; (d) upload malicious content; (e) use automated tools to scrape data from the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Patrimo does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, tax computations, compliance assessments, or market data. Always consult a qualified professional for financial, legal, or tax decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patrimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Belgian and EU data protection laws (GDPR). By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
